What this is

Home Server is a private, personal Home Assistant installation operated by one individual (the "owner") for use in the owner's own home. It is not a commercial product or a public service, and it is not available for others to sign up to or download.

Use

Home Server is for the owner's personal use only. Connecting it to a Google account or Nest device is done by the owner, with the owner's own permission, through Google's standard sign-in. The owner's use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms and policies.

No warranty

Home Server is provided as is, without any warranty of any kind. The owner is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from its use, including any interruption of heating, cooling or other devices.

Changes and ending

The owner may change, suspend or stop Home Server at any time, and may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
